Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns or replacements for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Hygiene-based products are not eligible for return once opened.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. A small handling fee may apply, which will be shown during checkout.
How do I apply a discount or coupon code?
You can apply your discount code on the checkout page in the “Discount Code” field. Only one discount can be applied per order.
